Our special visitors for the week were several Middle School friends. They stopped by during Enrichment to read to the children. All were excited to have 'big friends' visit.

Week in Review
We have had a fun week learning about the phases of the moon, the layers of the Earth, and constellations. We learned a song for the layers of the Earth in Enrichment. We are continuing to practice our special song for the school wide Peace Ceremony. We "action painted" using marbles, like Jackson Pollock! In cultural, we learned Alabama's state bird is the Yellow hammer and the state flower is the Camellia. Overall, this is has been a very busy week!!!
