This week we have been busy preparing for our Valentine's Day Party! The children are ready to exchange their valentines to all of their friends. We had a line lesson on animals of Australia and landmarks in Australia. We have been learning about different types of birds and that the Kookaburra comes from Australia. We are painting Degas's ballet dancers in art. The class has been getting ready for the International Festival and the upcoming Peace Ceremony next week.
A special thanks to Dr. Rosalynn Crawford-McKendall, from Indian Springs Pediatric Dentistry for visiting us during Dental Health Month.
Friday is our friend Rylee's last day at JBMA. Her family will be moving back to California. We are all very sad to see her go, she will be missed!!! The children made Rylee a special card. We will give it to her on Friday.
