The children learned there are many kinds of living things, such as animals and plants. They also learned that a nonliving thing has never been alive, such as rocks and clouds. We took out the North America puzzle map and identified the countries in North America. The children began a Vincent Van Gogh art project they are excited about! Lastly, we had a lesson on plants and animals and the characteristics of both.
