This week we focused on Antarctica vs. Arctic animals as well as the similarities and differences between the North Pole and South Pole. Because of the rain on Wednesday, we did polar bear yoga in the classroom. We had a lesson about hurricanes and we have been painting our girl with a watering can by Renoir. Thursday we made our own snowflakes in enrichment and I read the book,
The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats.
We will be sending your child's notebook home with them tomorrow. Over the weekend, please review their work with them. The children have been working very hard and they are excited to bring their notebooks home. Please make sure they come back on Monday!
