This week we began our study on dinosaurs, the continent of Europe, and the artist Claude Monet!
On Monday Rayan Gillani joined our classroom. He is a Kindergartner and was a student at JBMA last year. The children are very excited to be learning about dinosaurs! We had lesson on which dinosaurs were carnivores and which were herbivores. The 3 year olds made their own triceratop with Ms. Citlalli.
Suhaani shared a great book about Claude Monet and his works of art with the class and we painted one of his works this week. The children were also given a line lesson on Europe and we discussed many countries and famous landmarks in Europe.
We will have another new student, Lola Smith, a three year old beginning Monday. She will be moving up from the toddler class. We are excited to have her in our classroom!
Have a great weekend!
