Mexico and Sharks

This week we spent time learning about Mexico, worked on our Spanish number book, focused on sharks as part of our science ocean life topic, and painted like the pop artist Andy Warhol.  All the kids were excited painting on their hands.  We also enjoying singing our song for the Peace Ceremony, "Light a candle for Peace".  

Quick Reminders:
- Kindergarten trip to Children's Theater is Tuesday, Sept 15th.  Please turn permission forms by Monday.
- For Kindergarten field trips the children need the school's t-shirt.  Please contact us if you need a t-shirt and provide a $10 check payable to JBMA.
- Thank you for everyone's Scholastic book orders, as soon as the books are received they will be placed in your child's backpack.
- Aftercare will return to the Aftercare building starting on Monday.  Thank you for your patience this week.
